Mr. Cheung Chiu Fan, the founder of the firm, is a professional accountant with over 30 years' experience in public accounting and professional management. He is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of British Institute of Management in the United Kingdom and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
He served on the Boards of both listed and private companies in Hong Kong.
Principal
Mr. Lau Hin Chi joined the firm since 1988 as Principal. He has been in the accounting profession for 30 years. He specialized in a wide range of business advisory services for corporations and individuals including tax consultation, corporate restructuring, offshore company incorporation, due diligence and asset protection with his hands-on experience and expertise in different industries, he had served as Accounting Manager and Financial Advisor for various growing enterprises. He is an Associate Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Taxation Institution of Hong Kong, also Fellow Member of The Association of International Accountants, England.
Mr. Lau had been appointed as Vice President for Canadian Association of Certified Executive Accountants in 1993 to 1995, responsible for the promotion of membership and all related services of the Association in Asia.
